We are seeking a qualified Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee projects and ensure successful execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and manpower to meet project timelines
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope
• Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree (minimum) in Construction, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong skills in subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and workforce management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Willingness to travel as needed
