Quality Manager - Trainee

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for adherence to all applicable IATF 16949 Policies, Procedures and/or Work Instructions.

• Develop and implement Quality procedure and work instructions detailing all inspection and quality control functions required to attain company quality goals and satisfy the quality systems requirements of our customers.
• Develop a working relationship with our customer Quality Assurance and Engineering personnel to fully understand their requirements.
• Communicate our customers’ product quality and quality systems requirements to Allied Chucker management, staff and employees.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement goals based on the concept of continuous improvement.
• Learn to plan, organize, staff, direct and manage all responsibilities of the Quality Control Department.
• Exposure to IATF 16949 requirements is a plus.
