Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Assignment Length: 480-hour contract (temp-to-hire potential)

Position Overview
HireCall is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist for a reputable manufacturing facility in Broken Arrow. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with strong setup experience and the ability to edit programs to ensure precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and/or CNC mills and lathes
- Edit CNC lathe programs to maintain part accuracy and optimize production
- Perform full machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recent experience operating mills and lathes
- Proven ability to edit machining programs
- Experience performing complete machine setups independently
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to safely operate industrial machinery
Work Environment & Requirements
- Dress Code: Casual; steel-toe boots required
- Background Check: Case-by-case (no theft, violence, or sex-related offenses)
- Drug Screen: (OMMA card accepted for non-driving positions)
