Job Description

·         Drive daily production excellence within a metal stamping environment by optimizing manufacturing processes

·         Enhance stamping, fabrication, and laser cutting operations through continuous process improvement initiatives

·         Identify and resolve quality issues to ensure consistent, high-performance product output

·         Partner closely with production, tooling, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and eliminate operational challenges

·         Implement strategies to minimize scrap rates and maximize material efficiency

·         Ensure full compliance with customer quality standards and specifications

Key Requirements

·         Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required

·         3–6 years of professional experience working with metal formed products

·         Demonstrated expertise in Process Engineering and/or Quality Engineering disciplines

·         Self-motivated and energetic professional with a strong desire for continuous learning and career growth
