Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN with OCN certification and Epic/Beacon EMR experience for a day shift position in an infusion-based oncology setting.
Details
- Oncology unit within a hospital setting
- Infusion suite with 8 chairs and 2 private bedrooms
- Patient ratio of 1:4
- Administers chemotherapy, immunotherapies, biotherapies, blood products, antibiotics, and other infusions/injections
- Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Uses Epic/Beacon EMR
Requirements
- Active VA or Compact RN license currently in hand
- OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Oncology nursing experience required
- Experience with Epic/Beacon EMR required
- Chemotherapy administration experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

- Responsible for administering chemotherapy, immune/biotherapies, blood products, antibiotics, and infusion/injection therapies to oncology patients
