Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Alabama, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active AL or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Department (ER) of an acute care hospital setting
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Alabama RN license or compact state RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- TNCC certification is preferred but not required
- Navy or white scrubs required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates must reside more than 90 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff of this facility are not eligible for travel assignments for 10 years
- RTO of 3–5 days is preferred, with a maximum of 7 days per 13-week contract
