Electrical Maintenance SME (Industrial Manufacturing) Location: Northeast Ohio | Onsite

Overview

Plant-based electrical leader responsible for improving equipment reliability and supporting maintenance operations in a heavy industrial environment. This role is hands-on with troubleshooting but focused on guiding teams, planning work, and driving execution—not day-to-day wrench turning.

What You'll Do
Lead troubleshooting of PLCs, drives, and industrial control systems Support and direct electricians in resolving equipment issues Plan and coordinate maintenance work, shutdowns, and projects Manage contractors and vendors Partner with operations and engineering to improve uptime and reliability

What We're Looking For

Industrial/manufacturing electrical experience required Strong troubleshooting skills (PLCs, drives, controls) Experience leading work or coordinating maintenance activities Comfortable working on the plant floor in a heavy industrial setting
