Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee tenant buildout projects in Northern Virginia. This role involves preparing estimates and budgets, managing subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of tenant buildout projects from start to finish.
- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring work meets quality standards.
- Function as the main point of contact for clients and provide regular updates.
- Monitor site safety and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Proficient in budgeting, estimating, and scheduling tools/software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or related fields preferred.
