Job Description
Company: Trinity Employment Specialists
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay:$28.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience
Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an experienced Senior Tool and Die Maker for a day shift opportunity with a well established manufacturing company. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production dies to support efficient, high quality manufacturing operations.
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong mechanical aptitude, precision craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality.
- Build new dies according to engineering specifications
- Maintain and repair progressive and transfer dies
- Diagnose and troubleshoot die issues to minimize downtime
- Perform die modifications and improvements as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate manual and CNC machining equipment
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize die performance
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining dies
- Strong knowledge of tool room equipment and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing dies in a production environment
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Four day work week

* Set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders to cut, bore, grind, or otherwise shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes.
