CNC Operator – Night Shift

Position Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay: $19 per hour (Entry Level)

We are seeking a reliable CNC Operator to join our night-shift team. The ideal candidate will set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines to produce highquality parts according to exact specifications. Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC router machines
Load raw materials and secure workpieces
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Verify correct programs, tooling, speeds, and settings
Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

Prior experience operating CNC machines (router experience preferred)
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Basic CNC programming knowledge is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
Mechanical aptitude and solid problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity on night shift
