- Coordination with Physicians: Liaise with physicians' offices and supply vendors to ensure clients receive necessary medical supplies.
- Clinical Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and compliant clinical records in line with local, state, and federal regulations
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Licensure: Active & unrestricted LPN or RN License in the state of Michigan
- Certification: Valid CPR certification
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Empathy: Strong compassion and understanding of client needs
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Professionalism: Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and maintain a positive public image
- Confidentiality: Uphold client confidentiality and ensure the security of medical information
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with varying assistance based on client mobility.
