Superintendent – Bridge – West Haven, CTWhy this role is good for you

You’ll oversee bridge construction projects from planning through delivery. This is a respected leadership role with a clear pathway into higher-level superintendent or executive roles.

What you’ll be working on (and more)

Lead heavy civil bridge construction projects.
Supervise crews and subcontractors on site.
Manage safety, quality, and cost reporting.

What you’ll do day-to-day

Direct field operations and ensure productivity.
Track budgets, cost reports, and progress.
Enforce safety and quality standards on bridge projects.

What you bring

B.S. in Civil Construction or related (preferred).
8+ years of bridge/heavy civil supervision.
OSHA 10 required.
Proven leadership running field crews.
