PRN X-RAY Technologist

About the Role:
Join Lakeside MRI as a PRN X-RAY Technologist and play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to our dynamic team in Webster, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray examinations in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings.
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Assist in maintaining imaging equipment and reporting any malfunctions.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the imaging process.
• Stay current with advancements in radiologic technology and techniques.

Requirements:

• Valid Texas state license as a Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical imaging environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor with patients.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and compliance standards.
• Proficient in using radiology information systems and PACS.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
