Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + strong benefits + growth opportunity

- Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
- Manage site safety, quality control, schedule, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate all trades to maintain production and sequencing
- Conduct daily site meetings and communicate priorities clearly
- Ensure work is completed per plans, specifications, and company standards
- Partner with Project Managers on schedules, procurement, and problem-solving
- Maintain daily reports, look-aheads, and site documentation
- Drive punch list completion and successful turnover
- 5–10 years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction
- Experience overseeing vertical building, renovation, or fit-out projects
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality standards
- Ability to lead teams with professionalism and accountability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- OSHA certification preferred
