We are seeking an experienced Excavation Sitework Foreman to join our team! As the Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing site preparation, excavation, grading, and utility work. If you have a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and coordinate field operations for excavation and sitework projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety standards
Manage a crew of laborers and equipment operators
Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols
Inspect job sites to ensure work is being performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in excavation, sitework
Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a team
Knowledge of excavation techniques, heavy equipment, and safety regulations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plans
Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)
