Responsibilities at a Glance- Direct the daily activities of the Maintenance team
- Coordinate tasks among skilled Maintenance Technicians
- Administer the preventive upkeep agenda
- Analyze and rectify equipment malfunctions
- Conduct repairs on diverse equipment, from hydraulic systems to PLC and Fanuc controls
- Navigate and troubleshoot voltages ranging from 110 to 480v
- Interpret detailed electro-mechanical plans
- Oversee parts inventory processes
- Execute machinery installation and troubleshooting duties
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines
- Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities
- At least 5 years in CNC machinery maintenance
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Extensive knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems
- Expertise in PLC troubleshooting
