IET Corporation Low Voltage Foreman

About Us:
IET Corp is a trusted provider of low-voltage systems integration, specializing in telecommunications, security, and AV solutions. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Low Voltage Foreman to lead job site crews and ensure successful project completion.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of installers and technicians in the installation and integration of low-voltage systems.
- Oversee project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with superintendent, project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards, including adherence to local codes.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and final inspections of installed systems.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, materials used, and any changes to plans.
- Serve as the main point of contact for field operations and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in low voltage installations, including structured cabling, security systems, and AV.
- Previous leadership or foreman experience in the low-voltage industry.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling, access control, CCTV, and AV integration.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project documents.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews in a fast-paced environment.
- OSHA 30, BICSI, or other relevant industry certifications preferred.

-Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
