CNC Machinist

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CNC Machinist role in Marion, OH. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $20+ per hour (depending on experience)

· Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts.
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
· Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
· Monitor machining processes and make necessary offsets or corrections.
· Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met.
· Load and unload raw materials and finished components, maintaining accurate inventory tracking.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
· Accurately document production processes and report any discrepancies or issues.
· Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.

· High school diploma or equivalent; prior CNC machining experience required.
· Lathe and mill experience preferred; versatility across multiple machines is highly desired.
· Ability to read blueprints and understand machining tolerances.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
