Set-Up Machinist

The Set-Up Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC grinding machines to produce precision components. This role involves adjusting machine settings, performing quality inspections, and ensuring production meets tight tolerances. Daily tasks include reading blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
