Job Description
Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, part of Oriol Health Care, is excited to help you take your nursing career to the next level — we have a part-time day shift schedule (24 hours per week) available.
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurses (RN or LPN) who are committed to delivering exceptional, resident-centered care. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our sub-acute and long-term care units, while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
Pay Range (depending on experience):
LPN: $31.50 - $37.65/hr ($0- $2 shift differential)
RN: $35.00 - $42.47/hr ($0- $2 shift differential)
RN, BSN: $37.00 - $44.52/hr ($0- $2 shift differential)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' health requirements
- Administer medications
- Monitor vital signs
- Interact with patients
- Work closely with healthcare providers
- Record advancements
- Stay informed about industry standards
- Carry out additional nursing responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized nursing program with an active MA RN or LPN nursing license
- Preferably 1 year of experience, but new graduate nurses will also be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of working effectively with other healthcare team members
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
