Ultimate Therapy at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Hill is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who value functional outcomes and patient progress over time.

Role Overview:

• Perform evaluations related to ADLs, cognition, and fine motor skills
• Design goal-driven treatment plans tailored to each resident
• Lead therapy sessions focused on restoring independence
• Document progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Partner with care teams to improve quality of life

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (required)
