TOOL AND DIE MAKER Lead

Lead Tool Maker for 1st shift Direct Hire Opportunity

SEEKing 10+ years of experience as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker is required to apply

Proven expertise in Plastic Injection Molds is required

The ability to train and mentor others is required

The ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering designs and CAD models

Duties will include:

Collaborate with project leader(s) and direct a team of Tool Makers

Provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on training to apprentices and team members

Analyze specifications, set up and operate machine tools, and fit/assemble components to fabricate and repair metalworking dies

Lead plastic injection mold builds from start to finish

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Weekly

Pay: Starting at $32-$40/hr, depending on experience
