Your day (or night) in this role

When Sunday evening turns to night in Deland, FL, you step onto the production floor ready to own equipment performance. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and working within the Energy + Operations Deland maintenance team, you operate with minimal supervision—partnering with operators, engineers, and designers to keep complex machinery running safely and efficiently.

  • Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems using documentation from engineering and OEMs
  • Collaborate closely with operators to confirm equipment readiness and optimize performance
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines to avoid unplanned downtime
Schedule and location

This is an on-site position in Deland, FL. Standard hours are Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with overtime as needed.

What you’ll bring
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance principles
  • 5+ years of relevant experience at a journeyman level in similar work centers
  • Solid grasp of single- and three-phase industrial power and distribution
Bonus experience
  • Exposure to steel microfibers
  • Background in CNC machine maintenance, low-voltage controls, and PLCs
  • Time spent in heavy manufacturing environments
Proficiencies we value

  • Journeyman’s License
  • Electrical Troubleshooting
