Assistant Controller

New Vision Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an Assistant Controller to join our accounting team at our Madill, Oklahoma facility. This is a hands‑on role supporting the Controller and helping ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient accounting operations in a growing manufacturing business.

What You’ll Do

• Support month‑end close and financial reporting
• Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and inventory accounting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax filings
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to support the business

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• 4–7 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong Excel and ERP experience
• CPA a plus, but not required
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative
