Manufacturing Operations Engineer (Next-Step Opportunity)

You’ll work closely with multiple teams to keep production running efficiently, ensuring orders are planned, materials are aligned, and workflows support consistent, on-time output. This role offers a strong mix of problem-solving, coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production flow from planning through completion
  • Align materials, scheduling, and internal priorities to support delivery goals
  • Create and maintain clear production documentation and instructions
  • Partner with internal teams to improve workflow and reduce bottlenecks
  • Support quality and compliance standards across manufacturing processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or process support
  • Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems and production data
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting structured manufacturing environments (quality systems, documentation, etc.)
  • Continuous improvement mindset; Lean experience is a plus
