Greenwich, CT - Patient Care Coordinator for Hearing Healthcare

Kabel Hearing, LLC is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. • Welcome and assist patients, manage appointments and records using EHR systems.
• Coordinate communication between patients and audiologists.
• Educate patients on hearing services, products, and insurance.
• Handle billing inquiries and support insurance claims.
• Assist clinical team with documentation and administrative tasks.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and care adherence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare coordination, customer service, or administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and patient-centered approach.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
• Empathy and patience with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of hearing healthcare terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
