Location: Northwest Indiana (30–45 minutes from Chicago)

A well-established and growing healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a collegial, physician-led group.

This is a full-time, employed position offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with flexibility to tailor your practice based on your clinical interests.

• Monday – Friday schedule with flexibility

• Call rotation: 1:4
• Patient volume: flexible based on provider preference

• EPIC EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings
• HIMSS Stage VII designation (top-tier system, achieved by ~5% of hospitals)
