RBT Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA services to children and adolescents in their homes, following individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Ensure that data are accurately collected, recorded, and reported to the BCBA.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency.
- Assist in developing program materials.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to ethical standards in behavioral health practices.
RBT Experience and Qualifications:
- Hold/maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience in ABA
- Willingness to work with a range of ages & abilities
- Experience with ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention techniques
- Passionate about working with children and their families
- Experience with Central Reach data collection and scheduling is a plus!
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
