Job Description
We are looking for Labor Workers! We are hiring Production - General Laborers (All Shifts Available) to join our team!
We are in need of workers for General Labor to assist the Company in production and manufacturing.
- Full-time positions
- Must be able to work OT on weekends
- We will train
- Must be able to do constant heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)
- Pay depends on position and shift.
General Labor positions include, but not limited to:
- Material Handler
- Package Handler
- Packaging Laborer
- Inspector
- Shipping/Receiving
- Maintenance
- Blending Technician
- Gelatin Technician
- Counter/Inspector
- Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a clean and functioning work area at all times.
- Performs line clearance when ending one lot and starting a new lot.
- Operates pallet jacks as needed for packing and moving products.
- Adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Conducts physical inventory of labels and components before each lot and at the end of each lot.
- Weighs finished products for verification
- Follows/adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields a plus!
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
