Trial Paralegal

Full Service Personal Injury Law Firm located in downtown Manhattan is seeking a skilled Trial Paralegal to join their team. This role focuses on comprehensive trial preparation and litigation support, primarily on plaintiff-side personal injury cases, ensuring efficient management from case inception through trial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trial materials including subpoenas, trial folders, and exhibit coordination
• Manage experts and coordinate expert exchanges and jury searches
• Draft legal documents independently such as Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars, and Notice of Claims
• Support litigation cases through all phases up to and including trial
• Maintain organized case files and assist attorneys during trial proceedings

Required Qualifications

• Experience with personal injury cases, preferably plaintiff-side
• Proven trial preparation experience on litigation cases
• Ability to draft legal documents independently
• Availability to work fully in office in downtown Manhattan

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
