WAREHOUSE SPECIALISTS

Financial & Realty Services, LLC dba FRS Professional Services, LLC (FRS), a facilities management firm located in Calverton, MD is seeking Warehouse Specialists to service our government client in Gaithersburg, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the receiving, picking, kitting, loading and delivery of healthcare, laboratory. Climate-controlled, office, PPE, and chemical supplies to customers and all on/off-campus locations.
• Utilize automated material processing equipment (i.e., handheld, mobile printers, scanners) to optimize warehousing and delivery operations.
• Conduct physical inventories and location surveys.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) in support of warehouse operations.
• Set up and rotate storage locations considering factors such as life expectancy, available space, product turnover, etc.
• Comply with Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) storage requirements and regulations, labelling, and procedures.
• Screen shipping and receiving documents for discrepancies.
• Process receipt and turn-in transaction to record in the equipment system of record and account for incoming material.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years of warehousing experience
• Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency with inventory/distribution management systems
• Knowledge of and experience with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes
• Must be able to pass a background check.
