Carpenter

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• General carpentry (framing, etc.)
• Roofing prep and installation (asphalt shingles)
• Soffit/Fascia installation
• Exterior siding installation (vinyl, Hardie, wood)
• Excavation
• Window installation
• Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure the client’s property is respected and protected.
• Possessing hand tools, cordless drill, cordless impact gun and other general power tools.
• Ceramic tile installation

Job Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience installing roofing and siding.
• Ability to use an aluminum brake to fabricate trim pieces for windows, doors, roof flashing, etc.
• Must be able to work at high elevations.
• Ability to operate equipment such as a skid-steer and mini-excavator.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as climbing ladders/scaffold, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to perform various other renovation tasks as needed.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
