Apartment Leasing Specialist

We are looking for a Leasing consultant that is cooperative, enthusiastic, fast-paced, organized, disciplined and a team player!

Duties:

· Answer phones and email

· Maintain cleanliness of model apartments and tour path

· Know the community inventory

· Process rental applications

· Marketing- maintaining ILS and Social Media

· Review rental applications, prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

· Organize and Host resident events

Qualifications

· High School education or equivalent

· Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

· Have clerical/administrative experience with office computers and software

· Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property

· Ability to build rapport with residents

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
