What We Offer:

$300 Mini Commission

30% of Front-end Commissionable Gross

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles

-build relationships and deliver a top-tier customer experience

-follow up with leads and maintain CRM activity

-conduct test drives and product presentations

-work deals from start to finish with management support

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Automotive sales experience preferred(not required for the right candidate)

-Strong communication and closing skills

-Self motivated and goal oriented

-Professional appearance and attitude

-Valid driver's license
