Restaurant General Manager | Fast Casual Chicken Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our high-energy, fast-casual restaurant concept in Savannah. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization known for delivering exceptional food quality and outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards
• Lead, train, and develop a team of 15-25 team members across all shifts
• Drive sales growth and profitability through effective cost management and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee retention
• Handle customer service issues and maintain high satisfaction scores
• Implement marketing initiatives and community engagement programs
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or QSR environment
• Proven track record of meeting sales and profit targets
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of P&L management and cost control principles
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
