Director of Maintenance

We are seeking a director of maintenance / Environmental / Plant Operations / Chief Engineering Officer / Director of Building for a nursing home in Far Rockaway Queens.

Must have Director of Maintenance experience in a healthcare facility!

We are looking for someone with experience as a director of maintenance within a nursing home setting. The salary and benefits will be very competitive for the right person.

The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the planning, organization, development and direction for the overall operation of the Maintenance Unit in accordance with and federal, state, and local standards and guidelines, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.
