Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and interpret diagnostic results
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Education: Graduate of accredited nursing program
- License: Active California RN license (required)
- Certification: CPR required
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $48.11 – $68.59
- Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
Work Schedule
- Shift: Nights
- Hours: 3 shifts/week (12-hour shifts)
- Typical Schedule: ~36 hours/week
- Holidays: Not required
