Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license (OT) required
- Experience delivering teletherapy services in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong proficiency in fine and gross motor skill interventions
- Familiarity with creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) experience in schools a plus
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs to determine appropriate OT services for academic and functional achievement
- Deliver both direct and teletherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based strategies for student growth
- Develop therapeutic activities focused on fine and gross motor development
- Write clear progress notes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP documentation
- Engage in consultations with teachers and staff to integrate OT goals into the classroom
- Provide support, training, and resources to educators and families to ensure carryover of strategies
- Adapt interventions as needed to ensure student access and participation in school routines
