$55K - $68K BASE PAY + BONUS (quarterly)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to lead our service team at our authentic Turkish restaurant in the heart of Dearborn. The FOH Manager will oversee all dining room operations, ensuring guests experience traditional Turkish hospitality (misafirperverlik). The ideal candidate is a proactive leader skilled in staff training, customer service, and

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule servers, hosts, and bussers, fostering a positive team culture.
- Service Excellence: Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and prompt, welcoming attention to all guests.
- Guest Experience: Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Operational Standards: Maintain high cleanliness, health, and safety standards in the dining area, adhering to all local regulations.
