Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: West Bridgewater, MA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week; 5x8s, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC for a short-term travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility in West Bridgewater, MA. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to support overall function and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals and exercises

Requirements:

Current MA SLP license
CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
Minimum 1 year of SLP experience (SNF experience preferred)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
