Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-speed production, is seeking several Machine Operators to join their team.  As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have reliability, a strong work ethic, and mechanical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operators

Location: NEW PALTZ, NY

Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00/hr 

Shift: Second Shift - Monday to Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am
 

What's the Job?

• Assist in setting up and operating high-speed manufacturing equipment
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper operation
• Palletize finished products for delivery
• Follow operator instructions to adjust machine parts for optimal performance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning equipment and work area

What's Needed?

• Ability to work on multiple pieces of equipment and follow instructions
• Good mechanical skills with basic math and measurement abilities
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience with inks, PMS/GCMU colors, or high-speed printing machines is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and pass a 5-panel drug screening
