ID: 63054469 Shift: 12H Night Description: Requisition Comments and - MUST START IN THE NEXT WEEK, LICENSE ON FILE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION- Travel Rate: $95 Radius: $90: 51-100 miles Local: $85: 50 miles or less, Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance. 13 weeks/ Miller 5 Oncology: M/S RN for Miller 5 oncology.. 12H nights; BLS ACLS NIHSS req, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Cert. pref.; Blood products, IV antibiotics, anticoagulant infusions, chemotherapy, central line care and maintenance. IV starts, telemetry (no monitor techs), tube feedings. Prior travel exp req; Travelers preferred to have chemo experience or have worked in that specialty environment caring for cancer and symptomatic needs; prior exp. in large teaching facility, EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.
