Requirements:

• Active RN license in Hart.

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Monitor and document residents' progress and health status
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and facility standards
