Controller

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $180K – $200K base + 20% bonus – some flexibility for the right candidate

We are seeking a Director / North America Controller to lead accounting operations across a high-growth software organization. This role oversees Revenue Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and Commissions.

This is a hands-on leadership role managing ~15 team members (4 direct reports), requiring strong technical accounting expertise and operational execution.

The role partners closely with executive leadership across Finance, Tax, and M&A and owns the close process, ASC 606, and scaling accounting operations.
