Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
• Document resident care and medication administration accurately and timely
• Monitor resident's condition and communicate any changes to the healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Current RN/LPN license in the state of Iowa
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for providing high-quality care to geriatric residents
