Traveling - Concrete Foreman

We are seeking experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on large commercial construction projects in Clarksville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial concrete work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standard. Travelers are welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crew on commercial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Ensure all work meets project requirements, codes, and safety standards
• Manager materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently
• Communicate progress and issues to project managers
• Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of commercial concrete experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finish, framing, and site prep
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
