Concrete Superintendent

Ainsworth-Benning Construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows concrete—from layout to final finish—and takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently, we want to talk to you.

• Lead and manage all phases of concrete construction, including forming, reinforcing, placement, and finishing
• Drive job site safety and hold teams accountable to high standards
• Plan and coordinate daily work to keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Supervise crews and collaborate with subcontractors and project teams
• Ensure all work meets specifications, quality standards, and inspection requirements
• Solve problems in the field and keep work moving forward

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with concrete focus
• Proven leadership experience (Foreman, Superintendent, or similar role)
• Strong knowledge of concrete practices, materials, and methods
• Ability to read plans and manage field operations with confidence
