Position Summary:

Our client in Paducah, KY, is seeking seasoned Industrial Equipment Specialists to maintain and repair advanced machinery. Core Functions:

• Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on a variety of machinery and technology.
• Identify and resolve problems with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Tackle issues with high-voltage 460V wiring systems.
• Undertake regular preventative maintenance to maximize equipment functionality.
• Diagnose with PLC systems to resolve complex breakdowns.
• Oversee installation and repairs of Variable Frequency Drives.
• Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and manuals with precision.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments safely.
• Produce accurate maintenance records and complete work orders promptly.
• Engage constructively with production teams to minimize machine downtime.

Necessary Expertise:

• A minimum of three years of experience in an industrial maintenance role within a manufacturing setting.
• Exceptional mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, and 460V wiring.
• Proficiency in deciphering technical documents and blueprints.
• Associates degree or certification in related fields like Mechatronics or Electrical Technology preferred.
• A dedication to maintaining safety and organizational standards.
• Competent in both autonomous work and team collaborations.
