ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Before becoming an agent, I spent 14 years in the medical field and 3 years in the oil and gas industryproving that you dont need an insurance background to build a successful career helping others. We opened our first State Farm office in September 2019 and expanded with a second location in May 2023, a reflection of our teams dedication and strong growth.

Across our two offices, we currently have 8 team members5 in our legacy office and 3 in our new MOA location. Our culture is fun, competitive, and family-oriented. We work hard, support each other, and make sure everyone feels valued and at home.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Shank - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
