Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram vehicles

• Build rapport and guide customers through the entire sales process

• Stay informed on current inventory, features, and financing options

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

• Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
